Legislative Decree No. 138 of 1983 concerning the territorial waters and sea areas.

This Legislative Decree fixes the boundary of the territorial waters of Lebanon at twelve nautical miles from the sea shore, measured from the lowest level of ebb tide. The Council of Ministers is given the power to enact a Decree to exclude specified areas of territorial waters from navigation. Penalties for offences regarding navigation are prescribed. (3 articles)
