Abstract
This text is composed of 14 articles. Objectives (art. 1); development of maritime relationship between both countries; cooperation and collaboration in maritime safety; development of the commercial and economic relationship; and the collaboration in construction and repair ships. Definition and terms (art. 2). Field of application (art. 3): this Agreement will be applied on the territorial waters of both countries.
