Abstract
This Memorandum is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 deals with the purpose of this Memorandum, which is to cooperate on assistance provided by USAID for the Phase 2 of Lebanon Oil Spill Cleanup Project. Article 2 specifies details of the Project. Article 3 defines roles and responsibilities of the Parties. Article 4 contains general provisions.
