Resolution No. 103/1 of 1995 subjecting the importation of agricultural medicines to a previous authorization.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The importation of agricultural medicines is allowed subject to prior licence by the Minister of Agriculture (art. 1). Applications for import must contain the following information: (origin, quantity, actual use of the phytosanitary product in three European countries, North America and Canada as well as technical description (art. 2).
