Resolution No. 105/1 of 2002 on the registration of Animal Food Products Industries in Lebanon.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Any industry for Animal Food Products, which desires to export its products, shall submit an application to the Animal Resources Department-Ministry of Agriculture (art. 1). The Animal Resources Department shall register the interested industry after verifying that it complies with the technical and sanitary requirements adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture (art. 2). The Industry shall be subject to periodical veterinary control (art. 3). The animal raw materials used in the industry shall be produced in farms subjected to veterinary control (art. 4).
