Resolution No. 114/1 of 1995 establishing the National Authority for Food and Nutrition.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 establishes the National Commission for Food and Nutrition, composed of the Minister of Agriculture as President and 25 members from the different ministries and administrations; the duties of the Commission are: preparation of a National Nutrition Plan, coordinating it with broader development programmes and policy; preparation of the necessary projects for implementation; cooperation between interested organizations and administrations and preparation of education and information programmes on nutrition (art. 3); cooperation with international and regional organizations (art. 4).
