Resolution No. 121/1 of 2003 founding the Farmer Trade Union in Lebanon.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Ministry of Labour authorizes the Greenhouse Farmers Union, the Cereals Farmers Union and the Apiculture Breeders Union to found the Farmers Trade Union in Lebanon with headquarters in Beirut (art. 1). The Constituent Assembly shall register the request of the associate members according to the provisions mentioned in the Lebanese Labour Law. The General Assembly shall elect the First Board of the Union within 3 months from the date of publication of this Resolution in the Official Gazette (art. 2).
