Resolution No. 15/1 of 2004 concerning the legal standards for fishing, transport, purchase and import of fish, crustaceans, seashells and conchs in Lebanon.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Fishing, purchase, sale, transport and importation of fish, crustaceans, sea shells and conchs, with a size that does not meet the legal standards indicated in the attached list, is absolutely prohibited (art. 1). Fishing or importing fish, not mentioned in the attached list, with a length (size) of less than 15 cm, with the exception of the species which do not reach the aforementioned size with maturity age, is absolutely prohibited (art. 2).
