Resolution No. 182/1 of 1998 establishing the High Agricultural Council into the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Resolution decrees the formation of a consultative council called the High Agricultural Council, composed of 10 members. In conformity with Enactment No. 79 of 16 September 1983, the tasks and duties of this Council consist of the expression of it's opinion, advises, suggestions and proposals in the priority of agricultural development plans and projects; in working programs for development proposed by the different departments of the Ministry of Agriculture as well as in the projects proposed by the Minister of Agriculture.
