Resolution No. 184/1 of 1997 defining documents and requirements for the exploitation of stone quarry used for mosaic manufacture.

This Resolution establishes the documents, studies, licenses and requirements necessary for the exploitation of stone quarry used for mosaic manufacture. The documents necessary for obtaining a license are: application as in the attached form; birth certificate of the applicant; photocopy of the commercial register of the company; map of the zone; landed property certificate; leas; authorization of the Ministry of Water and Electricity Resources and bank guarantee. The studies are: geological and surveying study; maps; geological report; technical report; environmental study; environmental report; final map of the place and the economic advantages and benefits of the project. The license is valid for 5 years renewable every year. The prerequisites are: environmental requirements; conditions and use of explosives; safety and security requirements and general environmental criteria.
