Resolution No. 223/1 of 2009 regulating licences for racehorses, mating horses and horses for artificial insemination.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Articles 1 and 2 define requirements, conditions, procedures and steps necessary for the issuance of licences by the Lebanese Register Committee for horses used for mating or artificial insemination. Article 4 contains offences and penalties. Article 5 revokes all licences not issued by the Lebanese Register Committee.
