Resolution No. 253/1 of 2012 - Conditions required to join forage growers to the Program of Development of Fodder Cultivation and Cattle Breeding.

This Resolution consisting of 7 articles aims at providing to forage growers procedures and conditions to enter the Program of Development of Fodder Cultivation and Cattle Breeding. Article 2 indicates requirements for presenting the application. Articles 3 deals with the conditions to be met by the growers, such as surface of the cultivation, estimates for the production, agricultural cycle and quality specifications. Article 3 provides for the establishment of a Committee at the Ministry of Agriculture aiming at studying farmers issues, including technical, financial, administrative and legal aspects.
