Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 9 articles: divers must be in possession of diving certificates authorized by the Minister of Agriculture (art. 1); forbidden to divers to catch sponge and lobster using harpoon guns (art. 2); the Minister of Agriculture issues licences for a period of one year (art. 4).
