Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 4 articles aims at regulating the joining of milk cows’ breeders to the Program of Development of Fodder Cultivation and Cattle Breeding. The Resolution provides for: procedures for presenting the applications; general, technical and sanitary conditions to be met for joining the Programme.
