Resolution No. 261/1 of 1995 on the distribution of fishing nets and gear donated by FAO among fishermen co-operatives.

This Resolution is composed of 8 articles: distribution of fishing nets donated by the FAO to fishermen cooperatives (art. 1); fishermen cooperatives can sell fishing nets and gear at reduced prices (art. 2); this resolution is to be implemented by the Department of Rural Development and Natural Resources (art. 4); income from the sale of the nets will be devolved to each cooperative's fund for improvement of fishermen's conditions (art. 6).
