This Resolution, consisting of three articles, temporarily suspends the application of Article 1 and Article 2 of Resolution No. 790/1 from 2017. These articles pertain to active substances that were initially excluded from the primary list outlined in Resolution No. 1048/1 of 2016, along with its Appendix No. 1202/1 of 2016. The suspension will remain in effect until the independent scientific expert committee, specifically established for the study and evaluation of the active substances associated with these two substances, completes its assessment.
