Abstract
The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the trade of agricultural medicines. It is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the aforementioned Committee and specifies its formation. Article 2 defines competencies of the Committee in particular to: classification of agricultural medicines; lay down a tables containing poisoning percentages, maximum residues limits (MRL), PHI and allowed agricultural medicines; study risks to human; lay down requirements and conditions for poisoning risk prevention; to stud applications for licences; fix prices; and, define registers.
