Abstract
The aim of this Resolution is to protect environment against pollution. This Resolution is composed of 8 articles, 2 Graphics and 2 Annexes. Article 1 entrusts the Ministry of Environment to protect environment, natural resources and to prevent and limit pollutants. Article 2 defines the waste water, domestic waste water, domestic waste water treatment stations, domestic waste water treatment small stations and the adopted treatment phases. Articles 3 and 4 specify pollutants caused by small stations of waste water treatment and requirements for their disposal. This Resolution entrusts the Ministry of Environment with the right to modify or amend environmental requirements and conditions (arts. 5 and 6). Graphics I and II illustrate the adopted treatment phases and the general pollutants of small stations for domestic waste water treatment, respectively. Annex I lists the domestic waste water requirements. Annex II deals with the Waste Water Treatment Monitoring Programme.
