Resolution No. 310/1 of 2010 on the registration of pesticides and their use.

This Resolution concerns the registration of both imported and local pesticides. Companies licensed to import and to prepare pesticides should register their products and provide the following information to the Plant Pharmacy Department: General information; Registration type; Certificates of registration and use of pesticides; Product approval letter; Active substances; Information on the commercial product; Information on the toxicity studies of the active ingredient; Decomposition in the environment; Impact on the environment; Biological specifications and targeted pests; etc. This information should be saved in the register of imported technical resources for the preparation of pesticides. Application, refusal/approval of the registration and other procedures related to the registration of pesticides are provided by this Resolution.
