Resolution No. 31/T.W of 2009 on the mechanism of settlement and decision on the registration of applications for the exploration and drilling of water and for obtaining licences for the use of wells.

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 deals with the modality and procedures for the registration of applications for the exploration of water as well as for obtaining licences for the use of wells at the Registration Office. Article 2 lists necessary documents and maps to be attached to applications in case of surveyed and un-surveyed lands. Article 3 defines procedures and mechanisms for drilling and exploration applications. Articles 4 and 5 pertain to applications for renewal, exploitation and investment oil licences
