Resolution No. 392/1 of 2003 regulating the importation, introduction, registration and use of pesticides in Lebanon.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation, introduction, registration and use of pesticides in Lebanon. The present Resolution is composed of 9 articles. Article 1 specifies requirements, conditions and information necessary for the registration of pesticides. Article 3 entrusts the Plant Pharmacology Department to keep the registers. Articles 4 and 5 deal with the steps and procedures for the issuance of Registration Certificates. Articles 6-9 contain general provisions.
