Resolution No. 396/1 of 2014 preventing seabirds hunting.

This Resolution, consisting of 5 articles, aims at protecting animal species by prohibiting fishing, capture, transfer or sale of marine birds. Fishermen must immediately release the birds still alive if caught and inform the concerned department at the Ministry of Agriculture about type and number of these birds even if they are only sighted, alive or dead.
