Resolution No. 399/1 of 2008 creating a protected forest in the zone of Jabal Mousa.

This Resolution is composed of 10 articles. Article 1 decrees the creation of a protected forest in Jabal Mousa. Article 2 entrusts the Forest Department and the Association for Jabal Mousa Protection to lay down a plan for the management of the aforementioned Forest. Articles 3 to 6 define prohibited activities in the protected forest, in particular: cutting and uprooting of trees and plants; entry of cattle and domesticated animals; hunting; camping; burning; and, discharge of wastes.
