Resolution No. 404/1 of 2008 establishing the Technical Committee (Documentation Centre) for the approval and attestation of fruit tree nurseries produced in Lebanon.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the aforementioned Technical Committee (Documentation Centre) to implement Resolution No. 185/1 of 2007 on the attestation and approval of fruit tree nurseries produced in Lebanon, in particular to: receive applications submitted by plant nurseries; take samples from nurseries; carry out periodical control on nurseries; control labels; and, control nursery’s mothers.
