Resolution No. 42/1 of 1999 regulating the fishing-diving.

This Resolution aims at regulating of amateur diving. Divers can use autonomous compressors on the condition that they must be holders of a valid and recognized diving-diploma in conformity with Resolutions No. 50/1 of 6 May 1998 and No. 142/1 of 16 July 1998. Tourists can practise this sport on the condition that they are membership of an international diving-club. Fishermen are authorized to use the autonomous compressors for the connection and fixation of nets and cages. Prohibition to divers the following: fishing lobster by gun or by lance; using lights; fishing of sponge; fishing during the night and diving with compressor fixed on the boat.
