Resolution No. 426/1 of 1997 regulating the licencing for race and steeplechase horses.

This Resolution regulates the licencing of race and steeplechase horses. The Minister of Agriculture issues licences. Horse owners must submit an application to the Animal Resources Administration within 1 December of every year. A special commission examines the horse, then presents the report within 1 January of every year. According to the report, the licence will be issued or not. The licence is valid for one year.
