Abstract
This Resolution provides for the establishment of permanent committees for the control on pesticides in Lebanon. The competences of the aforementioned Committees are to control and inspect on pesticides in the deposits, industries and shops as well as to confiscate pesticides that are not compatible with the technical requirements. These Committees shall present a periodical report on their activities.
