Resolution No. 45/1 of 1995 defining the conditions for the imported compound fertilizers.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles: imported fertilizers are subjected to two conditions: (a) accompanying documentation must include Certificates of Analysis and of Origin; (b) the information contained in the Certificate of Origin and the efficacy of the fertilizer must be verified by a laboratory (art. 1).
