Resolution No. 49/1 of 2009 of the Ministry of Environment defining types and sizes of major construction projects.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 defines types and sizes of public and private major construction projects which their implementation requires the extraction of rocky materials from natural sites with quantities of rock exceed than 20,000 cubic meters. Article 2 abrogates all Resolutions which are incompatible with this resolution.
