Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 6 Chapters divided into 15 articles. Chapter 1 deals with definition of the nursery. Chapter 2 entrusts the the Ministry of Agriculture to authorize the creation of nurseries. Chapter 3 defines the conditions and requirement for the issuance of the authorization. Chapter 4 specifies the obligations and duties of the owner or the technical responsible of the nursery. Chapter 5 refers to the competencies of the Regional Agricultural Administration. Chapter 6 contains General provisions.
