Abstract
This Resolution, comprised of four articles, declares that the imported plant commodities listed in the table under Article 1 will undergo sampling at border agricultural quarantine centers. The purpose of this sampling is to conduct laboratory analysis, specifically focusing on pesticide residues. According to Article 2, any consignment discovered to have a pesticide residue percentage exceeding the permissible limit outlined in the Codex Alimentarius and European Union regulations will be rejected. The minimum percentage between these two regulations will be adopted for this determination. The analysis of pesticide residues will be conducted at the expense of the importer, utilizing laboratories accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture as designated by the Agricultural Wealth Directorate.
