Resolution No. 60/1 of 1995 defining the conditions for the use of drag net.

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles: drag net may be used only at a distance beyond 500 mt from the shoreline or gulf (art. 1); absolute prohibition to use drag seines in waters whose depth is less than 25 mt (art. 2); prohibition to use drag net between 1 July and 31 August of each year (art. 3); nets taller than 30 mt are to be considered as drag net nets (art. 4).
