Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. It deals, inter alia, with the following matters: definition of general pollutants originating from construction stone factories: water used for cutting and cleaning stones; disposal of liquid industrial waste; solid waste disposal; air pollutants and noise pollution (art. 2). The environmental requirements necessary for the establishment of stone factories are: water management; liquid industrial waste disposal management; solid waste disposal management; air pollution management; noise pollution management and other general conditions (art. 3). The Ministry of Environment shall define the final requirements for the establishment and exploitation of quarries and stones used for construction (art. 4). The Ministry of Environment shall establish all new requirements as it may deem necessary (art. 5).
