Resolution No. 61 of 1995 defining the conditions for the use of nets for sardine fisheries.

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Sardine fishing net may be used only at a distance of 500 mt from the coast or gulf (arts. 1 and 2); sardine nets may not be used in waters less than 15 mt deep (art. 3); if nets are taller than 25 mt they are considered to be sardine nets (art. 4).
