Resolution No. 61/1 of 2001 concerning the environmental requirements for the establishment and exploitation of plastic industries.

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. It deals, inter alia, with the following matters: definition of plastic industries (art. 1); definition of general pollutants originating from plastic production: liquid industrial waste disposal; solid waste disposal and air pollutants (art. 2). The general environmental requirements necessary for the establishment of plastic industries concern: water management; liquid industrial waste disposal management; solid waste disposal management; air pollution management; noise pollution management and other general conditions (art. 3). The Ministry of Environment shall define the final requirements for the establishment and exploitation of plastic industries (art. 4). The Ministry of Environment shall establish all new requirements as it may deem necessary (art. 5).
