Abstract
This Resolution prohibits the sale or use of yoghurt for the production of "labna" (dairy product), unless it is produced from fresh milk, or from dried milk with the addition of sour culture only. The yoghurt must comply with the following requisites: milk fat 3 percent minimum; milk solids non fat 8,2 percent minimum and acidity 1,5 percent maximum. The "labna" must comply with the following requisites: milk fat 10 percent minimum; milk solids non fat 16 percent minimum and salt 1 percent maximum.
