Resolution No. 9/1 of 1997 proclaiming the forests of Jard Annijas, Jabal Al-arba'in and Addaniyya protected forests.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles: the forests in the zone of Jard Annijas, Jabal Al-arba'in and Addaniyya are to be considered protected forests (art. 1); the implementation of this Resolution is to be entrusted to the Department of Rural Development and Natural Resources (art. 2); establishment of the High Honorary Committee for protected forests, in accordance with article 1 of the Law on the protection of forests (art. 3).
