Abstract
According to Decree No. 5039 of 26/3/1982 regulating the trade in pesticides, this Resolution establishes the expiry dates for pesticides as indicated in the attached list. The importation or marketing of pesticides is prohibited without indicating expiry date on the product's packaging.
