Resolution No.1038/1 of 2013 creating the National Committee for the Conservation Agriculture.

This Resolution consisting of 3 articles aims at creating the National Committee for the Conservation Agriculture. Art.1 lists the members of the Committee; art.2 gives the tasks, as follows: preparing the national plan to develop the Conservation Agriculture; coordinating with both public and private sectors to develop the specific services for the Conservation Agriculture; coordinating with the universities to carry out the necessary researches to improve and implement the Conservation Agriculture's techniques; and introducing the concept of Conservation Agriculture in the national university and agricultural programs.
