Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 11 articles aims at establishing that fertilizers and soil conditioners can be imported only if registered to the Ministry of Agriculture, excepted for the ones used for to ornamental crops and home gardens or imported with the aim of testing. The importer needs a permit, except for the cases set in art.2. Art.3 specifies the documents needed for the entry of fertilizers and soil conditioners. Fertilizers have to be analyzed by authorized laboratories according to the AOAC methods of analysis or other method as indicated in art.5.
