Resolution No.1070/1 of 2014 to import new varieties of seed potatoes for trial.

This Resolution provides specifications to import new potato seeds for trial for three years, indicating the amount permitted in the different years. The importer must declare to renounce the right to ask for compensation to the State or to third parties as a result of the trial. The test results must be reported to the Directorate for the Agricultural Resources. Attached, the questionnaire to be filled in for the application.
