Resolution No.181 of 2012 establishing a National Cooperative Fund for Agricultural Insurance from Natural Disasters.

This Resolution consisting of 2 articles aims at establishing a mutual fund with the following tasks (i) compensate farmers for damage to their crops, products, agricultural and/or animal facilities due to natural factors or epidemics; (ii) compensate farmers for damage to cattle, livestock and bees; (iii) prepare studies contributing to the protection and improvement of agricultural production and agricultural and animal facilities; and (iv) compensate for damage to boats and equipment of fishermen and facilities and equipment for the breeding of river fish.
