Resolution No.198/1 of 2012: Mechanism of issuing the hunting license.

This Resolution consisting of 5 articles aims at regulating the issuance of hunting licenses. It specifies the necessary documents to be presented to the Ministry of Environment to apply for a license (identity card, test result, firearms license, payment of fees and insurance covers possible damages to third parties). In case of acceptance, the Ministry shall grant the license within two months of the request.
