Resolution No.212/1 of 2012 defining conditions and criteria of the hunting permit mandatory exam for those who apply for a hunting license for the first time.

This resolution consisting of 12 articles establishes that: hunting is prohibited without a permit issued by the Ministry of Environment; the person requesting the hunting permit for the first time must take an exam related to the Hunting Law; the applications for the exam must be submitted to the Ministry with the documents specified in article 4; the exam consists of two parts, theory and practice.
