Resolution No.236/1 of 2012 on designation of the lands in which hunting is prohibited upon request of the lands owners/investors including municipalities and regulation to affix the fishing boards.

This Resolution consisting of 10 articles aims prohibit hunting on private properties when the ban is signaled by a special sign. Owners or investors have to submit an application to the Ministry of Environment. The Resolution provides also for the necessary documents accompanying the application and gives specifications for the banning boards.
