Resolution No.8/1 of 2011 on regulation and specifications of some types of marine fishing gear.

This Resolution consisting of 9 articles aims at regulating the fishing method called maṣayd or maṣali that uses semi-circular fixed nets together with straight nets extended at a certain distance. This fishing method needs a license, and this Resolution indicates authority and documents to be presented to obtain the license; duration of the license; fees; and conditions to be met by the owner of the license.
