Abstract
This Agreement establishes a single maritime boundary for delimitation of the maritime space between Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The Parties shall, as appropriate, adopt measures and coordinate their activities, in accordance with international law, for the protection and preservation of the marine environment and the conservation and management of the living resources therein. In relation to the interpretation or the application of this Agreement, any dispute between the Parties shall be settled by peaceful means in accordance with the dispute settlement provisions of Part XV of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
