Co-operative Societies Regulations (S.I. No. 90 of 1999).

These Regulations make provisions for a variety of matters relative to registration and operating of Cooperative Societies as defined under the Cooperative Societies Act; forms of registration, certification, etc. transfer of shares, annual financial statements, election and meetings of Directors, Supervisory Committees, criteria for membership, by-laws, loans, financial arrangements, etc.
