Crown Lands (Disposal) Regulations, Statutory Instrument no. 75 of 2016.

These Regulations, made under section 7 of the Crown Lands Act, Cap. 5.02, concern disposal of Crown Lands. The Regulations define the following terms: Commissioner of Crown Lands; Crown Lands Advisory Committee; Land registration project; right to land. The Regulations concern: appointment of committees; application for transfer of Crown Land; assessment and recommendation of Commissioner; application for registering a land as a Crown land for the following purposes: conservation; biodiversity protection; agricultural development and sustainable agricultural practices; river or ravine buffers or reserves creation.
