Abstract
This Act, divided into nine parts, provides for licensing and placing on the market of liquors and alcoholic beverages. The Act concerns: certification; intoxicating liquor; licensed dealer; spirits; types of licences; establishment of licensing board; licensing procedure and application for a certificate; classification of spirits; power of entry on licensed premises; offences; enforcement and proceedings; alterations.
